- Wild Rosemary: Artisanal mixed-milk cheese hand pressed with freshly dried rosemary and extra virgin olive oil. Aromatic, smooth, and brimming with herbal flavor. 1st Place winner 2023 PA Farm Show.
- Cowboy Coffee: Rich and nutty made with farm-fresh cow's milk and our goat’s milk. Hand rubbed with ground espresso. 1st Place winner PA Farm Show 2019.
- Goat Rodeo Caramels: The sweeter side of Goat Rodeo! Creamy caramels handmade with our fresh goat’s milk.
